Nobuo Kita is also the president and CEO of SIOS Technology, Inc., the parent company of SteelEye Technology. SIOS Technology, headquartered in Tokyo, is an IT infrastructure and web application software development company and a leader in open source software. SIOS Technology went public in 2004 and its stock is traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Nobuo is also on the board of directors and is the founder of Mozilla Japan, an affiliate of Mozilla Foundation/Mozilla Corp., the world’s most successful open source software development organization. Nobuo is also on the board of directors of Seasar Foundation, which is the largest open source software developers' community in Japan. Prior to becoming CEO of SIOS Technology, Nobuo was the CEO of Northern Lights Computer, a pioneer in Linux and system integration services in Japan. Northern Lights merged with Ten Art-ni Corporation which became SIOS Technology. Nobuo has BS in engineering from Kyoto Institute of Technology.

Bob comes to SteelEye with over 20 years of experience in software, technology, and high-availability related projects on both UNIX and Windows NT platforms, with a more recent emphasis on Linux. Recently, Bob has expanded his areas of responsibility to include Product Management and Product Marketing. Prior to joining SteelEye, Bob managed numerous projects during his 18 years tenure at NCR Corporation in the communications, performance, high availability, and e-Commerce areas. Bob holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of South Carolina.

She supports and is an active practitioner of Agile Software Development processes, specifically Scrum. With 13 years of experience prior to joining SteelEye, Nella has filled both engineering development roles as well as management roles focusing teams on the timely delivery of high quality software products in the telecommunications and high-tech sectors. Nella holds a BA in Mathematics from Columbia College and a MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Most recently he directed marketing activities at Sana Security a developer of behavior-based anti-malware software. Prior to that Greg was Director of Product Marketing at Phoenix Technologies with line of business responsibilities for Phoenix Embedded firmware. Greg has held Business Development and OEM sales positions at Openwave, Intraware, Novell and Digital Research managing and maintaining account relationships with a broad range of technology companies including IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Oracle, Dell, Tandem, Siemens-Nixdorf, NeXt, Apple and Tandy. Additionally, he has worked closely with major distributors including Tech Data, Ingram and Synnex to establish and drive channel revenue with innovative marketing programs.

Prior to joining SteelEye, Tom held senior sales positions with Symantec, VERITAS Software and Seagate Software. Tom works closely with partners to develop mutually rewarding collaborative sales programs and strategies designed for delivering solutions through two-tier channel models.

A sales executive and consultant for more than 13 years, Jeff has broad experience in software sales, with leadership roles in direct sales, telesales, and multi-channel distribution. Prior to joining SteelEye, Jeff also held various sales and management consulting positions at companies such as Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and IBM.
Jeff earned a both a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Carolina.

John's past experience also includes building a direct sales presence in the US and indirectly through channels into Japan.
